Paul Teaches at YWAM-Fortaleza meeting totally in Portuguese
Hey everybody, Were very glad to be in Fortaleza once again. It is great to be back at my house here at the YWAM base. The kids are adjusting ok, although Justin is having a little hard time with it. But the trip was fine and had not problems on the way. Only with the amount of stuff that we were carrying around! But it was a fine trip. It is hot here, but I'm enjoying it. We've spent the last week getting the house back in order. I feel like everything is broken, I'm had to fix a lot of things. So I've been very busy with that. Yesterday I had the opportunity to share at the base service on Tuesday night. I hadn't taught in Portuguese for over a year and a half. And I hardly practiced while I was in the States. Also I didn't prepare much time beforehand because of other things I was doing. But I don't know what happened while I was gone, but I was talking better Portuguese than ever before. Even one person said it was better than when I left Brazil. Wow! God was really giving me grace, and I didn't feel nervouse at all, and it went really well. Glory to him! We will continue to update you all from time to time. So keep praying for us down here. We need it! |
